We’re looking for an experienced US Streaming Manager to join our busy Streaming & Promotions Team. They will be at the core of our business, and a leader in driving company growth and handling key artist campaigns. • Track-record and understanding of the DSP landscape as an avid consumer of music and playlists across all DSPs.
• Adept networker who is confident in creating new connections outside the office and current network.
• Music enthusiast (across all genres) who is keen to attend shows, events, and festivals.
• Creative and constantly thinking of new ways we can garner support from the streaming partners to elevate campaigns.
• Great communicator with an interest in building connections between groups/organizations.
• Ability to lead, present and inspire audiences from boardrooms to listening parties of fans.
• Proactive problem solver who can anticipate issues, create solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at any one time.
• Open to feedback and new insights on how we can continually improve our pitching process.
• Data savvy extensive experience using streaming partner platforms e.g Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, Amazon Music for Artists.
• Resolved, Driven, upbeat, and focused, with a strong passion to learn and succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of professionalism.

Description This role will be responsible for maintaining the relationships with all US streaming partners, collaborating with our internal label and delivery teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly, as well as helping to troubleshoot in the case that things go awry. Making sure weekly pitching deadlines are met to the highest standard and ideating alternate solutions and options if deadlines aren’t met. Strategize, oversee and pitch of musical releases to all streaming partners, with the intention of securing playlist placements, editorial opportunities and larger activations that expand the reach of Platoon’s new releases and catalog. Building and managing strong day-to-day relationships with key DSP partners, their leadership and editorial teams and proactively finding opportunities for specific artists, cultural programming and increasing playlists. Monitoring and collaborating on key releases alongside UK DSP team, partnering across all territories, A&R, Editorial, Marketing and Operations to increase potential across each DSP. Proactively identifying key indicators using data, and re-pitching releases where appropriate, coordinating streaming strategies and responding to any requests or opportunities in a reliable and timely manner. Communicating placements, editorial looks and playlist featuring to artists, managers and internal teams while informing all about the latest DSP opportunities, initiatives, standard processes, and other relevant news. Education & Experience Degree or equivalent and related music industry experience. Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $134,000 and $201,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
